Rules for hosted pages

Who can post

Hosted pages need an N2X account and a paid plan. Nobody can post on a page we host without signing in and paying.

If you change to a smaller plan

Pages are hosted only while your plan pays for them. If you change to a plan without a kind of page, or with fewer of them, the pages it no longer covers come down immediately. Your oldest pages stay up. They come back if your plan covers them again.

If you cancel or don't pay

Your pages work the same way as your links. If you cancel, they stay up until the end of your term, with no refund for part of a term. If a payment is not made, they stay up through the grace period and then come down. To bring back the same pages and printed codes after that, you reinstate your plan, and a fee may apply.

Malicious content

If there is evidence of malicious content on a page, the page comes down, and it is not reinstated until that content is removed.

If this happens on more than one page from the same customer, N2X may suspend the entire account. At the least, you will not be able to change your current hosted pages or make new ones, and your account will be terminated at the end of the current term.

No refunds are given in any of these cases.
